This compost is made from residential and commercial food scraps in Durango, Colorado, La Plata County and is mixed with local carbon sources that are also diverted from the landfill.
Directions for use: Mix compost with a topsoil or other substrate anywhere between 10 and 50% of the total mix. Compost can also be placed as a top dressing up to 2 inches deep to already well-established plants. More information on specified uses can be found on the U.S. Compost Council’s website.
